French President Emmanuel Macron has launched the Africa House in Nairobi, Kenya.
This is as the Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu pledged the support of Africa’s private sector leaders for the project.
Speaking at the Africa Forward Summit, the Nigerian billionaire industrialist described the project as a vital platform for collaboration, dialogue, and innovation across the continent.
“Mr. President, this is such an honor and so exciting. Africa House is a project that I know all Africans will be looking forward to,” Rabiu stated.
Commending Macron’s vision and commitment to Africa, Rabiu jokingly remarked that the French leader’s dedication deserved traditional recognition, playfully addressing him as Chief President Macron.
Rabiu noted that the initiative would create significant opportunities for Africans and global partners to deepen economic and cultural ties.
He assured the French President that the African business community stands ready to mobilize the necessary support to ensure the project’s success.
In a statement released on his official social media pages, the BUA Group chairman reiterated that Africa House Paris would serve as a strategic meeting point for international stakeholders.
He praised the initiative for strengthening connections between Africa and France through a shared focus on culture, business, and meaningful cross-cultural partnerships.
