General Hospital Isolo, Lagos State, on Wednesday commemorated International Human Resources Day 2026 with the theme “Humanify AI: Leading HR Together, Leading Change Together, and Maintaining the Human Touch”.
This is according to a statement on Thursday by Mordi Patricia, Press and Public Affairs Officer of the institution. .
It said: “In commemoration of this important day, the Medical Director, Dr Arogundade Adeolu, alongside the Head of Administration and Human Resources, Mr James Dawodu, and the Human Resources Team, embarked on a hospital-wide environmental awareness campaign.
“The campaign sensitised staff, patients, and members of the public to the vital role of human resources in fostering organisational growth, workplace harmony, and people-centered leadership in an era increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence.
“As technology continues to transform the workplace, General Hospital Isolo remains committed to embracing innovation while preserving the values of empathy, compassion, collaboration and the human touch that remain essential to quality healthcare delivery and effective workforce management,” she said.
She said that the management of General Hospital Isolo celebrated all human resources professionals for their dedication, resilience, and invaluable contributions to organisational success and nation-building
