International Breweries Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
The primary agenda of the meeting is to review and consider the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2025, alongside other corporate matters.
In compliance with NGX regulations and the company’s Insider Trading Policy, International Breweries has declared a closed period which commenced on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
This restricted trading window will remain in effect until 24 hours after the release of both the unaudited and audited financial statements for the 2025 financial year to the public.
In a statement signed by the Company Secretary and General Counsel, Temitope Oluwatosin, the company emphasized that during this period, Directors, insiders, and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.
The notice underscores the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance and corporate governance transparency, ensuring that all shareholders and investors have simultaneous access to material information.
