The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has issued a formal update regarding the ongoing judicial proceedings involving the former Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.
According to the Commission, the legal matter is currently being heard across two separate jurisdictions: the Kaduna State High Court and the Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna. These parallel proceedings mark a significant phase in the accountability process concerning the former governor’s administration.
