In a major move to transform Ogun State into a digital learning hub, Governor Dapo Abiodun has announced a ₦1 billion investment to construct an AI-powered digital classroom complex at Remo Secondary School (RSS).
The 900-seater facility is designed to anchor a new era of technology-driven education, supplementing the school’s existing robotics laboratory and resource centers.
During the school’s 80th anniversary, the Governor reinforced his commitment by pledging an additional ₦100 million personal donation to the heritage institution, with the first ₦50 million installment scheduled for release next week.
The administration’s broader strategy for RSS, now designated a flagship school includes the total modernization of science laboratories and the rehabilitation of student hostels to ensure a safe and inspiring environment for the 21st-century knowledge economy.
