Mr. Anthony Adeniyi businessman and husband of Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, has passed away at the age of 62.
His passing was confirmed in an official statement issued on behalf of the family by Rev. C. A. Adeosun.
According to the announcement, Mr. Adeosun passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, in Lagos.
Described as a devoted Christian and an accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Adeosun built a reputation defined by integrity, diligence, and service to both his community and faith.
The family expressed deep sorrow while affirming their gratitude for his life and legacy.
