Meyer Plc has announced the resignation of former First Lady of Ekiti State, Erelu Angela Adebayo, as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
In a notice dated April 20 and posted on Nigerian Exchange Limited website, the paints and coatings manufacturer disclosed that the resignation takes effect from April 17, 2026.
The company’s board acknowledged her contributions during her tenure, wishing her well in her future endeavours.
“The Board appreciates the wealth of experience she brought to the affairs of the Board and wishes her well in her future endeavours,” the notice partly read.
Recall that the Chairperson of the Erelu Adebayo Foundation was appointed to the Board of Meyer Plc as a Non –Executive Director in July 2010.
As of the time of filing this report, the company has not announced any replacement for the vacancy created by her exit.
