Ellah Lakes Plc has announced the extension of its ongoing public offer of 18.8 billion ordinary shares at ₦12.50 per share, following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The Offer, initially set to close on Friday, December 5, 2025, will now remain open until Friday, December 19, 2025.
According to the Company, the extension reflects strong investor interest and underscores Ellah Lakes’ commitment to giving more Nigerians the opportunity to participate in its growth story.
“We are encouraged by the positive response from investors and are extending the Offer to ensure broader participation in one of Nigeria’s largest equity offerings in the agribusiness sector,” the Company stated.
Ellah Lakes emphasized that the additional window will allow more stakeholders to join its mission of enhancing food security, accelerating scale, and creating sustainable long-term value.
Prospective investors can participate through the NGX Portal or by submitting the Commitment Form available on the Company’s website via their stockbrokers.
