The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State has formally recognised the Executive Chairman of the council, Hon. Moses Edoh, with an Award of Commendation for Uncommon Service.

The commendation was conveyed in a letter dated December 29, 2025, issued by the APC leadership in the local government and signed by the party’s LGA Chairman, Elder Goddy E. Obainoke (rtd).

According to the party, the award was presented in appreciation of Edoh’s leadership and service to the people of Esan South-East, particularly in the areas of growth and development, inclusive governance, and prudent management of council resources.

The APC also praised the council chairman for extending welfare and goodwill to party leaders and members during the 2025 Christmas celebrations, describing his approach as people-centred and unifying.

In the letter, the party noted that under Edoh’s leadership, APC faithful, community stakeholders, and interest groups experienced what it described as unprecedented attention to welfare and inclusion.

The APC further linked Edoh’s performance to the broader development drive in Edo State, describing him as reflecting the leadership spirit of his father, Governor Monday Okpebholo, while aligning with the national vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The APC officially conferred on Edoh the “Award of Commendation for Uncommon Service”, citing his capacity, courage, and willingness to take decisive action where others hesitated.
