Coremars Capital Limited has announced that it has received authorisation from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as a fully licensed Issuing House in Nigeria, a development that marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion into investment banking.

The licence grants the firm the authority to provide a wide spectrum of capital market and investment banking services.
