Cadbury Nigeria Plc. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to review and approve the company’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter, which ended September 30, 2025.
Ahead of this crucial earnings review, the company disclosed that its closed trading period will commence on October 1, 2025.
This restriction is mandatory and will remain in effect until 24 hours after the third quarter financial statements are officially released to the public.
This action is taken to comply with the regulations set forth by the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) as well as Cadbury’s internal C-14 Insider Trading Policy. Consequently, all insiders and persons with access to material, non-public information are strictly prohibited from trading in the company’s shares during this period.
The scheduled review is anticipated to offer investors and the market critical insights into the company’s financial and operational performance during the three-month period.
