The Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Mr. Hussaini Magaji, has revealed that the commission now receives and processes approximately 10,000 business registration applications every day.
Mr. Magaji disclosed this milestone during his opening remarks at the commission’s 35th Anniversary celebration held on Monday in Abuja.
He attributed the high volume of applications to the commission’s successful transition to a fully digital registry, which has streamlined the formalization process for entrepreneurs across Nigeria.
The Registrar-General noted that this surge in registrations reflects growing investor confidence and the effectiveness of the commission’s recent reforms aimed at enhancing the ease of doing business.
