The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced the opening of Customer Service Desks nationwide for one week to commemorate 2025 Customer Service Week.
The Registrar-General/CEO, CAC, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji stated this in Abuja while declaring open the 2025 Customer Service Week.
Hussaini Ishaq Magaji represented by the Director Customer Service Department, Julius Deinma Anga said the opening of Customer Service Desks was to engage customers directly and attend to their needs in real time.
Ishaq Magaji also announced the recognition and reward for 63 hardworking and dedicated staff across departments and State offices among others.
The CAC Boss further stated that the support of service providers such as cleaners and security personnel who offer daily invaluable services will also be appreciated during the week.
Speaking on the successes recorded, the Registrar-General described the deployment of Artificial Intelligence as a transformative step that has enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of the Commission’s services.
In her goodwill message, the Chairman, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Abuja Chapter, Dr. Chioma Angela Okeke applauded the Commission for always prioritizing stakeholder engagements.
She also used the forum to appreciate the sacrifices and dedication of the Commission’s staff and urged them to sustain the tempo.
In his remarks, the SERVICOM Nodal Officer, Yakubu Umar Sembele expressed appreciation for the Registrar-General’s support towards ensuring success of the event and restated their commitment towards making the Commission’s services more accessible and efficient to Customers in line with global best practices.
During the Customer Service week tagged: “ Mission Possible “, the CAC said in addition to attending to customer complaints and inquiries, it would also provide hospitality and engagement activities to further strengthen relationship.
