The Board of Directors of BUA Foods Plc is scheduled to meet on Thursday, January 29, 2026, to review the company’s unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter (Q4) ended December 31, 2025.
In a notification signed by Company Secretary Oluseye Alayande and filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the company confirmed that the results will be released to the public and regulatory authorities immediately following the board’s review.
In compliance with post-listing requirements, BUA Foods has announced the commencement of a “closed period” effective from January 1, 2026.
During this window, Directors, managers, employees, and their connected persons are strictly prohibited from dealing in BUA Foods’ shares.
This restriction remains in force until 24 hours after the Q4 2025 unaudited results and the 2025 audited financial statements are released to the public.
