The All Progressives Congress (APC) has successfully completed the uploading of all its candidates for the 2027 General Elections onto the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Candidate Nomination Portal.

The APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, made this known on Friday while congratulating party leaders, members, and candidates across the country on the successful completion of the nomination phase.

According to Yilwatda, the ruling party achieved a 100% upload covering 56 Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates, alongside 1,015 State House of Assembly candidates.

He described the seamless completion of the process as a clear reflection of the party’s administrative efficiency and organizational strength.

“I am pleased to announce that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has successfully achieved a 100% upload of all our 56 Governorship and Deputy Governorship, and 1,015 State House of Assembly candidates on the INEC Candidate Nomination Portal,” Yilwatda stated.

The party chairman expressed gratitude to party faithful and leadership across all levels for their cooperation throughout the exercise, noting that the successful outcome demonstrates internal cohesion within the party.

Looking ahead to the upcoming polls, Yilwatda emphasized that with the candidate nomination phase concluded, the party’s focus now shifts toward grassroots mobilization and policy engagement.

He stated that the APC will center its campaign on communicating its vision to Nigerians while consolidating the milestones of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda as it prepares for victory at the polls.
