Ahead of the 2027 governorship election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ogun State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (popularly known as YAYI), has formally presented his running mate, Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Adegunwa-Balogun, to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The presentation was attended by prominent APC national leaders, including Ogun state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Chief Bisi Akande and Aremo Olusegun Osoba.
Senator Adeola was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Temitope Adeola, while the newly minted deputy governorship candidate was supported by her husband, Hon. Abdul Razak Balogun.
Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Adegunwa-Balogun currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Finance and Information Technology, at Rite Foods Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading indigenous fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
