Acting Managing Director of 11Plc, formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, Mr. Osagie Ogedegbe has pledged to increase the company’s market share and increase value for Shareholders.
The Acting MD made this known when he made his maiden public appearance during the company’s 48th Annual General Meeting at the Abuja Continental Hotel.
Mr. Ogedegbe, a seasoned executive with years of experience in senior management, reaffirmed his commitment to establishing 11Plc as the benchmark for the Nigerian downstream sector.
Addressing shareholders and stakeholders, he pledged to drive the company forward with a results-oriented mindset and assured them that the quality of Mobil lubricants produced in Nigeria would remain on par with global standards.
The Acting MD outlined an ambitious roadmap to expand market share and enhance profitability through aggressive commercial strategies and continuous business diversification.
He also signaled that management would prioritize inclusion and diversity as core components of its talent strategy.
Closing his address, Mr. Ogedegbe thanked shareholders for their trust, promising that better days are ahead and that stellar service delivery would remain the hallmark of the company’s operations across all segments.
Earlier in the meeting, shareholders approved a dividend of N9.50 per share for the operating year ended December 31, 2025.
Representing various associations, including the Confluence Shareholders Association and the Independent Shareholders Association, members applauded the board and management for their consistency despite sector-wide headwinds.
The Chairman of 11Plc, Ramesh Kansagra, represented by Non-Executive Director Alhaji Abdulkadir Aminu, had proposed the dividend, which received unanimous consent.
