Africa Prudential Plc, a leading share registration firm, investor and business support services provider in Nigeria has released its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 with a decline in gross earnings to N3.508 billion from N3.907 billion for the year ended December 31, 2019.
Profit after tax dropped by 13.98% to N1.446 billion from N1.681 billion in 2019.
Meanwhile, the company has proposed a N1 billion dividend for the year, down from N1.4 billion in 2019. The dividend will be payable to Shareholders on the Company’s Register of Members as at March 5, 2021.
