Adeleke’s victory: PDP supporter shoots himself in Modakeke

A jubilant middle-aged man named Sunday has mistakenly shot himself in Modakeke,Osun State  while celebrating the emergence of Candidate of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Senator Ademola Adeleke as Osun Governor-elect.

It was  gathered Sunday, who lived at Iraye junction of Modakeke was over joyous while he was with friends around his compound to celebrate emergence of Adeleke.

The man who claimed to be a member of Amotekun entered his house to pick his gun which was loaded. He was attempting to fire a shot to the sky when he shot himself.

Sympathisers and friends  took him to Seventh Day Adventist Hospital at Lagere Ife but was referred to Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital for proper treatment.
