ABUAD Globa rating, a giant stride — NBA Chief, Falade

A member of the National Executive Council of Nigerian Bar Association, (NBA), representing Ado-Ekiti branch and rights activist, Olakanmi Samuel Falade, has felicitated with the Founder and Chancellor of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Aare Bamofin Afe Babalola.

The legal pratictional also commended the management and members of staff of the institution, after ABUAD was ranked the Best in Nigeria, and 400th globally.

Falade who was also the NBA Chairman, Ado-Ekiti branch described the ABUAD’s ranking as a giant stride by the citadel of learning, being one of the greatest best globally rated Universities.

The NBA Chief, particularly celebrated the Founder, an erudite lawyer, Chief Afe Babalola for his efforts, and dreams for greater Ekiti, Nigeria, and Africa which were being realised in his lifetime.

According to Falade, “It is marvelous, and a worthwhile recognition that ABUAD was ranked the Best in Nigeria, and 400th globally. What a giant stride by this great citadel of global learning.

“This is an evidence to show that ABUAD is indeed the best, having been set out as 9th best out of 197 universities in Nigeria and one of 400 out 31,097 universities in the entire universe. This feat can only be achieved through hardworking, strong commitment and high premium on education advancement.

“Baba! The honour you have brought through ABUAD to Ekiti goes beyond Ekiti Kete. You have indeed brought the great honour to Nigeria, and Africa as a continent.

“You have also brought the honour to the legal practitioners in Nigeria, and so we are proud of you sir. You have been a leading light and pathfinder, not only in legal profession which was your first love, but in Education which you have raised the bar.

“This development has definitely set a record in Nigeria and Africa Universities that ABUAD stands out and the best in all which all other Universities should emulate and learn a lot of things from.

“Aare, I want to therefore congratulate you on this great achievement and to celebrate you as a mentor and accomplished Ekiti elderstateman. My prayers is that God Almighty shall continue to uphold you and perfect all that concerns you.

“I pray that God should spare your life for us, so that many more of your aspirations and dreams for greater Ekiti, Nigeria and Africa will be fulfilled”. Falade concluded.
