Abiodun scores 85% rating on agro-cargo airport, infrastructure — Debasco
Otunba Babatunde Onakoya, popularly known as Tunde Debasco, says a dedicated survey conducted on people’s acceptability of the ongoing Airport located between Iperu and Ikenne, Remo Federal Constituency in Ogun State, shows that Governor Dapo Abiodun has scored 85% rating on the Airport and the infrastructure, generally.
Debasco, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who was speaking against the backdrop of the planned Roads inauguration by Governor Dapo Abiodun in Ojigo, Iperu and Ilaro this week to celebrate 5 years as Ogun State Governor and 64 years of birth, noted that the Agro-Cargo Airport being constructed would be flagship of his Administration.
The former Federal Board Member of Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, said the provision of needed infrastructure in the State had gone a long way in rebounding the economy and improving socio-political growth and development.
While cautioning the critics of Agro-Cargo Airport who were attributing the glory of the Airport to the past Administrations in the State, Otunba Debasco declared those that engaged in destructive criticisms of Governor Dapo Abiodun and his efforts on the Agro-Cargo Airport should not be taken seriously.
“It’s for a fact that Governor Dapo Abiodun has brought different good touches to us in Ogun State. If you can see what Governor Abiodun is doing in terms of Infrastructure, Agriculture, Health and Wellness, Education, among others, one will know the enormousity of his efforts and contributions to the development of our dear State.
“It’s only 5 years as a Governor, then everyone can see what has been done to better Ogun State courtesy of Prince Dapo Abiodun-led Administration. I will say that Governor Dapo Abiodun has done well for us in Ogun State.
“The Governor and his Team deserve the rating which is excellent, and if you score even 75% in a Class, you are automatically awarded the status of being an excellent Student.
“You also know that as Politicians we have our ears on ground and the political and socio-economic survey that we conducted recently showed that Prince Dapo Abiodun scored excellently”, he said.
