Abeokuta North will be food basket of Ogun State soon – Hon Adeshina

A two term Chairmanship aspirant under the platform of All progressives congress (APC) Honourable Adeshina  Adeyemi Adejumo has promised that Abeokuta North local government will be the next food basket of Ogun State if he’s elected as the chairman of the council.

Adeshina stated this on Friday September 25, 2020 in Lanfewa Abeokuta Ogun state during a meeting with the members and leaders of the party.

Honourable Adeyemi also used the occasion to promise the elderly, women and youths of various empowerment schemes if elected as the chairman of Abeokuta north also assured them of empowering over 1000 youths through agricultural value chains when he assumes office

Adeyemi added, “If I win the election, I have a lot to do for you my people because we have suffered a lot in this local government.”

The Chairmanship aspirant also assured the people of Oke-Ogun that he will bring development to the area in the area of hospitality industry, Agriculture, small scale business enterprises and empowerment training etc.

Adeshina who  is a Business tycoon,  having been in Business for over 30 years said, “I have successful manage three companies for over three decades,  if I  manage the portfolio of Abeokuta North with my knowledge and experience  moving from one place to another I believe that there will be improvements in Abeokuta north,” he said.

He went further, “It is unfortunate that in this local government, many unemployed youths are roaming about, aged woman are suffering. I have a lot of plans most especially in the area of agriculture. In Oke Ogun we have Oyan dam and our soil is very good for farming. If I am given the ticket as the chairman of Abeokuta North, I promise that Oke Ogun will feed Ogun state.” he assured

Meanwhile the campaign Co-ordinator Alhaji Idris Okedara has promised to support Honourabe Adeshina Adeyemi Adejumo AKA MOTUN.

Okedara urged all to put their PVC closeby because that’s the instrument needed to achieve their aims and make the ambition realisable.
