Police declare woman wanted over homosexual activities

The Nigeria Police, Ketu Division, Lagos State has declared Olanike Akindoyin, who resides at 4, Oyinborode Street, Ikosi-Ketu Lagos, wanted over her alleged involvement in homosexual activities. This was disclosed in a statement obtained by our reporter and credited to the commands public relations officer.

According to the command’s P.R.O, the suspect was declared wanted following a confession made by her partner; Ojo Oluwakemi, a 39 years old lesbian suspect rescued from the mobs on Friday, 8th November, 2024 at Sunnyside Hotel & Suites in Ketu, Lagos State.

Continuing, the command’s spokesman explained that the DPO in charge of the area mobilised his team to the scene following “a call about the efforts of some mobs to be lynching some group of lesbians whom was said to have gathered together for a birthday party of one of their members. Information reaching us was that two lesbian partners among them were caught in the hotel room having sex, which triggered the attention of the hotel staff to alert the public.”

“Our team arrived at the scene and some arrest was made but Akindoyin Olanike, 40 years old managed to escape from the scene, while her partner was among those that were apprehended.”

According to the police statement, signals were sent across the country for the wanted suspects, soliciting for the assistance of the public, that if anyone found her within your area to quickly report to the nearest Police Station.
