ACCI urges FG to boost economy with supportive policies

The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has called on the Federal Government to introduce policies that support businesses and stimulate economic growth.

In his 2024 Eid-el-Maulud message on Monday in Abuja, ACCI President Dr Emeka Obegolu, urged the government to implement favourable policies that enhanced economic development.

“The business community, crucial to our national economy, hopes for positive changes that drive growth and prosperity.

“We urge the government to introduce supportive policies benefiting businesses and boosting economic progress,” he said.

Leading the business community in the FCT, Obegolu stressed that a collective effort, coupled with government backing, would help Nigeria overcome its challenges and reach new heights.

He extended his congratulations to Muslim faithful celebrating the 2024 Eid-Maulud, marking the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), and encouraged profound reflection on the Prophet’s exemplary life and teachings.

Obegolu urged Muslims to seek divine intervention for Nigeria’s advancement, praying for peace, unity, and prosperity during these challenging times.
