Emerge Conference 2024: Mbraiz gifts plots of lands, empowers young entrepreneurs

The city of Lagos was kept agog as Mbraiz innovations Ltd, a real estate company empowered young entrepreneurs on financial principles and allotted free plots of lands to outstanding staffs at the fifth edition, Emerge Conference 2024 in Lagos on Saturday.
Hosted by the CEO, Mbraiz innovations Ltd, Dr. Femi Oshofowora, the Emerge Conference 5.0, featured several key players in the real estate industry, including Finance/Leadership Coach, Dr Olumide Emmanuel, Dr. Oladapo Oluseyi and a member of the real estate development association of Nigeria, REDAN, Adetoun Onajobi amongst others.
However, Dr. Olumide Emmanuel who was the keynote speaker examined the laws and principles relevant in achieving financial freedom. He expounded that most elites are financial illiterates due to the ignorance of laws of financial principles. He highlighted several education people should predominantly have, such as; personal education, spiritual education, Marketplace education, Academic education and financial education.
Dr. Olumide further enumerated the law of delayed gratification, stating that wealth takes time to garner, hence one must be patient and diligent, ensuring not to consume tomorrow’s food at the present day. He explained the Law of savings with the three categories of Money; Money for the past, present needs and money to save for future investments.
The Finance Coach urged everyone to adhere to the Law of assets acquisition because assets are things that appreciate in value, he submitted that landed Properties are the most valuable assets anyone can procure.
Mrs Bukola Oshofowora co-chair of the planning team for the Conference 5.0, in her welcome address, pinpointed the essence of the Emerge Conference and its theme; ‘Leverage’, as a platform designed to provide actionable insights and practical advice. She encouraged participants to ‘leverage’ the free conference to stay connected by relating with experts, forge meaningful connections, and gain insights that can transform their professional and personal life.
Furthermore, a part of the panel session featured Dr. Femi Oshofowora and Dr. Oladapo Oluseyi; in a Mentor-Mentee dialogue to discuss how to build a healthy mentor-mentee relationship as young experts, entrepreneurs and career professionals.
The Group CFO, Pan Ocean Oil, Dr. Oladapo Oluseyi examined the God Factor to success, he explained that the God Factor allows a person to build integrity and sustain it.
Being regarded as the Patron of Mbraiz innovations by Dr Femi Oshofowora, Dr. Oluseyi projected a greater height for the company in the next five years, stating that the firm will indeed realize broader potentials due to the long term experience and hands on deck.
The emerge conference 5.0 had more than 300 participants who were exposed to several businesses and market opportunities which other emerging entrepreneurs could tap into and leverage for business success.
