2026 WCQ: Lesotho draw gone, Super Eagles must concentrate on Zimbabwe – Iwobi

Alex Iwobi says the Super Eagles must not dwell too much on their disappointing 1-1 draw against Lesotho.

The Super Eagles were made to rue missed chances against their less illustrious opponent.

Jose Peseiro’s side extended their unbeaten streak to six games but would have desired a better result from the game.

The West Africans will look to record their first win in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers when they face the Warriors of Zimbabwe in their next game.

Iwobi stated that the game against Zimbabwe should be the main focus now.
