Kogi LG Chairman dies few hours to guber election

Reports reaching Nigerian Newsdirect have stated that the Executive Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Council, Hon. Muhammed Danasabe Muhammed is dead

According to newsmen, Hon. Danasabe in the early hours of Friday at Shifa Hospital Lokoja died after a brief sickness as narrated by a family member.

The deceased is expected to be buried at the Unguwan Kura Muslim cemetery after the juma’a prayer.

The deceased LG Chairman holding various roles in previous elections and his death will be a major setback for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday gubernatorial election in Lokoja local government area.
