Osun 2022: Ibiyemi urges voters to vote Oyetola

A call has been made to electorates to vote Governor Adegboyega Oyetola  for second term in office to continue his developmental projects embarked upon in the state.

A frontline aspirant and Publisher Nigerian NewsDirect, Dr. Samuel Ibiyemi made this call in a chat with our correspondent in Ile-Ife. He said Oyetola should be massively voted for, for the citizenry to continue enjoying dividends of democracy, saying the Governor has taken the state in the past three years to its enviable height.

According to him, the Governor has changed the face of governance in the state through massive infrastructural development, workers’ welfare, agriculture, education, health care service, security and all sectors of the economy.

“Osun residents still have confident in APC government because the Governor has performed well in his first term in office. I am confident that the Governor cannot afford to disappoint people if voted for second term.

“Oyetola is a gentle man who has fear of God. He cannot let Osun people down and we should have hope in APC.”

Ibiyemi, who is a House of Representatives aspirant to represent Ife federal constituency said, Ile-Ife is now in the mainstream progressive politics in the state and Nigeria with the senator Iyiola Omisore, who is now the national secretary of the party.

“We have been enjoying the benefits of being in mainstream politics in Ile-Ife with the rehabilitation of the Ife township roads among other projects which are still ongoing. A lot of projects had been proposed for execution in Ifeland.”

He noted that there is no opposition in Ife politics again, stressing that Ife will continue to witnessing monumental development. Ibiyemi therefore urged electorates in Ile-Ife to vote Oyetola for second term in office to continue to reap dividends of democracy in Ile-Ife. He enjoined APC members in Ife federal constituency to support his aspiration by voting for him massively at the forthcoming primary election to secure the ticket of the party.
