Governor Oyetola not after individual interest — Omipidan

The Chief Press Secretary to Osun State governor, Ismail Omipidan has described Governor Oyetola as a man who serves the interest of the people of Osun state.
Speaking in an interview on the Channels TV program, ‘Sunday Politics,’ he said the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola is trying to paint the case of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as betrayal.
He mentioned that Governor Oyetola is a leader who wasn’t after individual interest but rather the interest of the people.
Ismail said it is a surprise to hear that the current Governor tried to undermine and challenge the Minister of Interior legacy.
The CPS made note that any form of political violence before and during the primaries was not from Oyetola’s side as Governor Adeboyega Oyetola profile has had no record and capacity to instigate any form of violence which is something the governor himself doesn’t condole.
He said policies made in the state is to get the better of Osun State as issues like education, security are of top issues that have been given intensive focus on to help the state stand out.
Ismail concluded by saying Governor Oyetola doesn’t see the other aspirants as enemies as the doors of reconciliation are open as said by the governor himself in his acceptance speech.
He advised all party members to come together to help lead Osun State in becoming better as Governor Oyetola will continue to put his best to make sure the people of Osun State have smile to put on.
