2023 campaigns : Benue PDP campaign train in serious Accident

The campaign train of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue had accident in Utonkon, Ado Local Government Area of the state where two state assembly members, security personnel and other party faithful were seriously injured.
The state legislators that were injured were member representing Kwande West State Constituency, Mr Sugh Abanyi and member representing Guma State Constituency, Mr William Ortyom.
Nigerian NewsDirect reports that the accident involved four vehicles, namely a bus, Hilux and two jeeps.
A Correspondent who witnessed the accident reports that all the victims were rushed to a hospital in Igumale the headquarters of Ado local government for urgent medical attention.
