1%-10%-100% implementation rule my most significant creation as Minister — Tijani
The Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr Bosun Tijani has described the 1%-10%-100% Implementation rule as his most significant creation as Minister.
The Minister made this known via his verified X (formerly Twitter) handle.
According to him, “This is arguably my most significant creation in my first four months as a Minister. It has been an incredibly profound way of approaching projects where the ‘cost of quality’ can be high. I am grateful we kept our focus on planning within the first 6 weeks.”
The 1%-10%-100% Implementation rule was announced in October as part of the operationalisation of the Minister’s Strategic Blueprint.
According to Tijani, “This rule is a guide to ensure a high success rate of our programmes and gives us a way to reduce the cost of quality on all our initiatives before scaling to the wider population.
“I am positive that this model will help us execute efficiently and implement public projects for the good of all,” He explained.
