Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc has relocated all its offices in Lagos to one location.
In a notice, signed by the Company Secretary, Seplat Petroleum Development Company, Mrs. Edith Onwuchekwa on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) stated that the relocation was done in order to strengthen its operational effectiveness and business growth.
The leading Nigerian indigenous oil and gas company dual-listed on the NSE and London Stock Exchange (LSE), new address is situated at 6a Temple Road (Olu Holloway), Ikoyi, Lagos.
Recently, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Austin Avuru, transferred his shares to a Professional Support Limited.
Avuru filed a notification on September 3 for the transfer of his 904,717 ordinary shares to Professional Support Limited, an entity wholly controlled by him.
According to the statement “The above transaction has not resulted in a change in beneficial ownership, which remains at 12.19 per cent.
“Professional Support holds 31,068,211 shares (5.28 per cent) and Platform Petroleum holds 40,659,695 shares (6.91 per cent), based on the issued share capital of 588,444,561.
“Mr Avuru now holds nil direct interest and an indirect interest of 71,727,906 ordinary shares of 50k each of the company.”
