The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has emphasized that all its examination centers will be responsible for the Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) for the conduct of Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
The Public Relations Officer of JAMB, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this to Nigerian News Direct during the weekend.
He expressed that CCTV are to be purchased by center owners and not by the examination regulatory body.
He also said JAMB will only provide CCTV for its own centers.
While reacting on sale of JAMB forms, he said, “I can say clearly that I don’t know when we are going to start the sales of 2017 JAMB forms. We want to make sure that all logistics are in place.”
He further said “I cannot tell you exactly when it will be, but I know that the sale of JAMB forms will start very soon. Why am i saying so? For instance, we are meeting with the heads of other examination bodies and we will soon announce to the public our decision.”
