Also, foreign visitors have the privilege of visiting places of interest in the country through hospitality and tourism programme.
Ajinomoto Umami seaso-ning is processed from sugar cane whereby its juice is extracted, Sugar is separated from molasses and then, a thick dark syrup is fermented.
The fermentation process converts the molasses into glumatic acid in which crystals are formed during the heating and fermentation process.
Moreover, the mixture is then liquified so that it can be neutralized and decolourized.
The pure white monosodium glutamate (MSG) crystals is produced with further heating and evaporation that is then packaged into a famous red and white AJI-NO-MOTO® after it has been separated and dried.
